Role : We are seeking an Associate Solution Consultant / Solution Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of our B2B co-sell platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and partners to ensure effective integration and adoption of our solutions.
The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of software professional services delivery. The candidate should have excellent communication skills. Listening skills, confidence, and the ability to quickly become a trusted advisor are traits that separate high performers from others in this role.
This is an important and critical part of our Professional Services team and reports to the Manager of Professional Services.
Customer [AS3] Engagement: Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
Solution Design: Develop tailored solutions that leverage our platform's capabilities, ensuring alignment with customer’s requirements and Hyperscaler best practices.
Implementation: Lead the implementation process, including configuration, integration, and testing. Ensure a smooth transition from project kickoff to go-live.
Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, and sales teams to communicate client feedback and contribute to product improvements.
Training & Support: Provide training to customer teams and end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the platform effectively. Offer ongoing support to troubleshoot issues post-implementation.
Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, implementation plans, and user guides.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Hyperscaler advancements to enhance our offerings.
Interact with the customers for requirement gathering and deliverables
Participate in external and internal meetings and workshops aimed towards platform / solution performance discussions and improvements.
Perform gap analysis and clearly differentiate between the configuration needed vs customization needed to deliver the complete solution
Perform hands-on building/configuring of the solution leveraging WorkSpan platform and work with other cross-functional teams to implement the required solution extensions/customizations as needed
Perform solution testing effort (UAT) to ensure solution works as designed and work with other cross functional teams to resolve any outstanding issues
Perform / Manage the production cut-over process and ensure solution moves to production systems
Post go-live, effectively transition the solution to Operations and play a key role in promoting solution adoption with operations and customer teams during stabilization phase
Qualifications
Techno-functional background with at least 1 - 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas including but not limited to:
Professional consulting experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or other cloud platforms.
Understanding of co-sell and partner ecosystems.
Knowledge of B2B integrations using any Middleware
Knowledge of JSON / XML (this is needed to build data model templates and write business process events/actions)
Experience / Knowledge in integration Middleware like Web methods / MS Power Automate will be added advantage
Familiar with MS Office products (Excel, PPT, Word) & MS Visio.
Bachelor's Degree Required or Equivalent Experience
