Role : We are looking for a Salesforce Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team with expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud to drive the implementation of a Managed Services app and integrate it with our product/platform for B2B co-selling management. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying Salesforce solutions that facilitate seamless collaboration between our sales teams and external partners, optimizing the B2B co-selling lifecycle.

This position requires a strong technical background in Salesforce Sales Cloud, experience with managed services applications, and the ability to design and execute integrations with third-party platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving business challenges, driving adoption, and improving the efficiency of B2B sales teams working in a partner ecosystem.

 

This is an important and critical part of our Professional Services team and reports to the Manager of Professional Services.






 

 

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

Lead Implementation: Manage the end-to-end implementation of a Managed Services app within Salesforce Sales Cloud, including configuration, customizations, and deployment, to streamline the management of B2B co-selling processes.

B2B Co-Selling Management: Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, IT) and external partners to define co-selling processes, document requirements, and ensure seamless workflows for joint sales initiatives.

Integration Design & Execution: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Sales Cloud and external platforms (e.g., partner relationship management tools, third-party B2B platforms) to ensure efficient data exchange and alignment between systems.

Salesforce Customization: Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements for co-selling, including configuring sales stages, pipeline management, reports, dashboards, automation, and user permissions.

Process Automation: Implement process automation (e.g., using Process Builder, Flow, and Apex) to streamline key workflows and reduce manual effort for both internal teams and partner organizations.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and sales teams, to align on requirements and ensure the implementation supports the overall B2B sales strategy and co-selling objectives.

Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure accurate data flow between systems, maintain data integrity, and create custom reports and dashboards to track co-selling performance, KPIs, and partner collaboration outcomes.

User Training & Support: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users, ensuring successful adoption and effective usage of the implemented solution.

Troubleshooting & Optimization: Provide ongoing support post-implementation, resolve issues, and continuously optimize Salesforce configurations and integrations based on user feedback and evolving business needs.

Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation of configurations, integrations, and customizations to ensure knowledge sharing and scalability of the solution.

Interact with the customers for requirement gathering and deliverables

Participate in external and internal meetings and workshops aimed towards platform / solution performance discussions and improvements.

Perform gap analysis and clearly differentiate between the configuration needed vs customization needed to deliver the complete solution

Perform solution testing effort (UAT) to ensure solution works as designed and work with other cross functional teams to resolve any outstanding issues


Qualifications

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Implementation Consultant, with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud.

In-depth knowledge of Managed Services apps in Salesforce and experience in customizing Salesforce Sales Cloud for B2B or co-selling environments.

Strong experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and third-party tools) to sync Salesforce with external B2B platforms, partner relationship management (PRM) tools, or product systems.

Expertise in Salesforce configuration (e.g., objects, fields, workflows, approval processes, Process Builder, Flow, and Apex).

Familiarity with B2B co-selling strategies and tools used for managing joint sales efforts, including partner enablement, opportunity management, and collaboration workflows.

Proficient in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Experience in managing Salesforce Lightning configurations and Lightning Web Components is highly preferred.

Strong analytical skills, able to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.

Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work in an Agile environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering solutions in a timely manner.


Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce Certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Consultant.

Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) systems or B2B sales automation platforms.

Prior experience in implementing or managing partner ecosystems, particularly in a co-selling or channel sales environment.
